Roadside Motors Lurgan are keen to recruit a Service Advisor for our busy Service department in our Lurgan dealership. This is a temporary eleven month position working as a Roadside Motors Service Advisor you will be working in our service department, identifying customer requirements, handling enquiries, and administration of bookings and associated workshop loading and handing over of completed vehicles, through the delivery of the highest level of customer care. Duties would include : Fulfilling enquiries and orders from retail customers and our own workshop via telephone, face to face, e-mail etc. Helping with warranty administration. It is essential that you are numerate and literate, with an excellent telephone manner and a highly efficient administrative ability. Motor vehicle experience is not essential but would certainly be advantageous. It would be desirable to hold a full and valid U.K. driving licence.
