Join a leading FM provider delivering top-tier electrical maintenance across commercial sites in London and the Thames Valley.
We’re currently seeking a reliable and experienced Mobile Electrician to join our Facilities Management (FM) team. This role will cover a portfolio of commercial properties across Slough, Wembley, Islington, North West London, and the M4/M25 corridors toward Reading and Oxford.
This is a varied role that includes both electrical tasks and occasional general building maintenance duties, ideal for a well-rounded engineer with strong FM experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Planned and reactive electrical maintenance on commercial properties

Fault finding, repairs, and electrical testing

Emergency lighting, small power, lighting systems, and distribution board work

Occasional support on fabric and general maintenance tasks

Maintaining compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations

Liaising with site teams, FM helpdesk, and clients
Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent

18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations (essential)

Experience working within the FM/building services industry

Testing & Inspection (2391 or equivalent) – desirable

Comfortable carrying out some non-electrical FM tasks as required

Full UK driving licence

Excellent fault-finding skills and customer service approach
