Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a dynamic team, playing a pivotal role in software development lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile methodologies. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless project delivery from requirements gathering to post-implementation review. This role demands strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and expertise in the banking domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Analysis & Solution Design:

· Conduct design thinking sessions with projects/vendors to elicit and analyze requirements.

· Translate business needs into use cases, functional specs, and technical solutions.

· Identify gaps, technical challenges, and propose mitigation strategies.

· Present requirements to development teams and ensure alignment with system capabilities.

Documentation & Architecture:

· Define application architecture, high-level designs, and data migration strategies.

· Prepare and review functional specs, design documents, and infrastructure requirements.

· Engage projects to explain architecture choices and resolve technical queries.

Testing & Quality Assurance:

· Develop test plans, cases, and ensure traceability to requirements.

· Perform functional, backend testing, and support UAT.

· Troubleshoot system issues and follow through to resolution.

Project & Stakeholder Management:

· Lead change impact analysis and manage change requests.

· Collaborate with local/offshore teams to deliver projects on time.

· Support pre-sales activities with solution proposals.

· Conduct training programs for end-users.

Qualifications & Skills:

Must-Have:

· 5 years as a Business Analyst in the banking domain.

· Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

· Expertise in Agile, SDLC, and requirement analysis.

· Strong skills in JIRA, SQL, and backend log analysis.

· Experience in testing, change management, and data mapping.

Good-to-Have:

· Knowledge of Java environment.

· Ability to define system architecture and high-level designs.

Soft Skills:

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

· Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage stakeholders.
