Morson Talent are working with a major player in the Energy sector who have a current requirement for a Training Instructor to join their established site-based team in North Somerset. This is a (renewable) contract position, inside IR35. The successful applicant will create, support, manage and deliver a wide range of occupational training activities which are conducted using the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT). Internal training is available. Applicants should be able to demonstrate the following skills/experience: Thorough training system knowledge with experience of training support and delivery A strong communicator with clear and effective presentation skills Effective influencing and coaching skills Highly organised with the ability to prioritise Strong team player with the drive to help others Competent with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) Works well both within a team and independently using their initiative Role Responsibilities: Supporting training delivery to meet demand across all levels of client businesses Analysing training requests and client trends to identify capability gaps Designing and developing new training material Proactively gathering and interpreting data from site and training stats to advise on desired outcomes Maintai…
