The Opportunity
A well-established contractor-developer is seeking an experienced Project or Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a variety of high-profile projects across commercial, prime residential, leisure, and hospitality sectors in Central London.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on large, complex developments, with exposure to the full project lifecycle. Our client is open to candidates joining on a permanent, contract, or long-term freelance basis.
This role is ideal for a strong Project QS looking to take the next step in their career or a Senior QS keen to join a growing team and gain experience on major schemes.

Key Responsibilities
– Manage M&E subcontract packages and procurement
– Handle post-contract commercial duties
– Support project teams through the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction to final account
– Prepare cost plans, forecasts, and financial reports
– Identify commercial risks and advise on mitigation strategies
– Provide guidance and support to junior members of the commercial team

– Proven experience as a Project or Senior M&E QS on large-scale commercial, residential, or mixed-use schemes
– Experience across the full project lifecycle
