This is a great opportunity to join our very successful aftersales team and progress your career to a Service Manager role over time.
The main focus of the role is to support the Service Manager in the day to day management of the Service Department.
This will involve ensuring all incoming work is planned as well as managing the time and resource of your team. You will assign a team of Technicians to tasks ensuring productivity is maximised and that deadlines are adhered to. As a line manager, you will be responsible for performance management and you will lead, coach and develop your team and know how to get the best out of people so they perform to their highest level.
Our ideal candidate will have previous managerial experience, either within a Workshop Controller role, Senior Service Role or you may have already worked within the Service Manager position. This is an excellent opportunity to show us that you have an enviable and proven track record of performance. You will have exceptional communication skills and have a full, valid UK driving license.
