Strategic Delivery Lead
Newcastle upon Tyne
Hybrid working minimum of 2 days office based per week
Temporary role – 12 months
Full time (37.5 hpw)
Salary band 6, plus car allowance of £5055 per annum

In this new role, you’ll lead a fresh approach to delivering on key pillars within our strategy, supporting the Executive sponsors and Senior Leadership teams in delivering. What you’ll do
– Shape and deliver on a plan that helps us meet our strategic objectives in line with our values.
– Ensure we deliver on the plans, tracking objectives, activities, cost, risk and outcomes every step of the way. You’ll develop our roadmap bringing focus to what we deliver and when.
– Guide Home Group Executive and Board through the stages of the plan as their trusted expert partner.
– Bring people together, finding shared solutions that drive delivery and influencing both internally and externally to enable great outcomes.

What you bring
– PRINCE 2 or equivalent professional experience.
– Proven ability to develop and execute long-term strategies in a large and complex organisation.
– Strong commercial skills with an understanding of business principles, market dynamics, and financial metrics.
– Experience of influencing external partners, exec teams and boards with clarity and confidence.
– Able to effectively communicate the vision, roadmap, and priorities to stakeholders.
– A big-picture thinker who also loves getting the details right.
Job details
– You’ll sit within our Chief Financial Officer directorate and work closely with Helen our CFO.
– Full time, 37.5 hours per week
– Flexible hybrid working with minimum 2 days in the office
– A full current driving licence as this is a national role and you’ll be provided with a car allowance as part of your remuneration package to do that.
