Founded in 2017 and currently 10 in size, the business has laid the foundations for high earning in your first year and opportunities for leadership early on in your career.

Graduates in the past have earned £70k OTE in their first year and are now looking to grow their own teams!

TRM Recruitment – What you need:

• University degree is essential (2:1 preferred)
• Demonstrable work experience (ideally in a sales related role)
• Driven to succeed and highly motivated.
• Competitive and high achiever
• Ambitious and money-motivated
• Eligible to work in the UK (No sponsorships given)

Trainee Recruitment Consultant – The Role:

• Headhunting candidates and building relationships
• Winning new business from day 1 to build your client base
• Proactively reaching out to candidates and clients
• Oversee day to day processes and interviews
• Salary and Contract Negotiation towards the end of a process
• Enjoying company drinks on a Friday!
