We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established UK & ROI company at the forefront of the energy transition across the island of Ireland. As part of continued growth, they are expanding their in-house tax team and seeking a qualifiedTax Accountantto support their Group Finance function.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business committed to innovation, sustainability, and investment in people. Reporting to the Tax Manager and supported by a Graduate Trainee, the Tax Accountant will focus on UK and ROI tax compliance and accounting while contributing to wider planning and advisory projects across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering corporation tax compliance and planning across UK and ROI entities

Preparing accurate tax accounting entries and forecasts

Managing VAT reviews and compliance matters

Advising internal teams on queries related to payroll, benefits, and employee mobility

Supporting work on industry specific tax incentives

Preparing documentation and presentations for senior stakeholders
Essential Criteria:

Professionally qualified (e.g. ACA, ACCA, and/or CTA)

Strong understanding of UK and/or ROI tax regimes

Experience in a tax compliance or accounting environment

Confident working to tight deadlines and managing competing priorities
