A prominent market disruptor, backed by substantial support, is gearing up to introduce a new line of products catering to mini-fleet and taxi services. Anticipating significant growth, they are on the lookout for high performing and well rounded GI pricing professionals to join them during this dynamic expansion phase and beyond.

As aPricing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of pricing strategies across our Commercial Motor Insurance portfolio. This role offers significant autonomy and influence, including direct input into business strategy and team development. You will oversee pricing initiatives end-to-end, collaborate cross-functionally, and act as a key voice in steering profitability, competitiveness, and sustainable growth. You will play a pivotal role in shaping pricing excellence, building a team over time, and preparing the function for scale.

Candidates must possess 5+ years of pricing expertise and a background in commercial lines, specifically in fleet and/or taxi. Initially overseeing a direct report, there are immediate plans for team expansion.

The compensation package is competitive, complemented by attractive benefits such as shares. Additionally, travel expenses to the office can be reimbursed, with the current team operating on a one-day-per-week in-office schedule, offering flexibility for the right candidate.They’re already working on establishing the London hub, which should be in place in the coming months. In the meantime, they are open to offering some flexibility around travel if needed.
