Are you ready to tackle the fascinating world of automotive engineering? If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional vehicle performance and quality, we want to hear from you! In this position will play a vital role in supporting the technical development and delivery of whole vehicle attribute performance. You will partner with internal and external teams to ensure that target performances are met with excellence. Set attribute targets through competitor benchmarking and analyses. Develop squeak & rattle attributes to align with performance targets, ensuring adherence to stringent quality standards. Manage the concerns process effectively, ensuring smooth implementation of solutions across design functions. Conduct squeak & rattle testing and analysis on ongoing projects, utilising state-of-the-art testing rigs. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks within project timelines. Proactive collaborator, comfortable working across functions including R&D, Design, and Quality. Expertise in physical and/or virtual testing and development methodologies. Strong analytical skills for complex concern analysis and root cause investigations.
