Assistant Site Manager – Residential New Build
Location: Kings Lynn, Norfolk

We\’re currently recruiting on behalf of a well-respected, busy housebuilder who is looking to bring an Assistant Site Manager on board for a brand-new traditional build housing development in Kings Lynn.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company with a strong reputation for quality homes and a healthy pipeline of work across Norfolk and surrounding areas. You\’ll be joining from the early stages of the build, supporting the Site Manager in driving progress on a fast-paced, multi-plot development.

Role Overview:
Support the Site Manager in day-to-day site operations
Help oversee trades and subcontractors to ensure work is carried out safely and efficiently
Assist with health & safety compliance and quality control
Maintain accurate site records and support progress reporting
Be a visible and proactive presence on site, problem-solving and driving standards

What We\’re Looking For:
Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager or Site Supervisor on residential new builds
Solid understanding of traditional build methods
Excellent organisational and communication skills
SMSTS or SSSTS, First Aid, and CSCS
