Job DescriptionBFP Operations ManagerLocation: LHR16 (UK – London)Length: 15/08/25 – October 2025Rate: from Β£269.60 per dayHours: 9am-6pm (40 hours)Job description:The Brand Funded Programming (BFP) team within Amazon Ads is seeking an experienced, highly organized BFP Operations Manager (Contractor) to support the delivery of advertiser-funded content on Prime Video.In this role, you will independently manage day-to-day operational processes for BFP campaigns, working directly with advertisers, production partners, and internal stakeholders to coordinate onboarding, track deliverables, and troubleshoot technical workflows.You will also be responsible for maintaining process documentation and building partner resources that enable the program to scale.The ideal candidate has a strong background in operations or project management, experience working with senior client stakeholders, and the ability to confidently manage complex workflows in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage operational delivery of BFP campaigns across EU localesLead partner onboarding and technical setup processes via Prime Video Direct (Slate)Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure smooth, on-time executionAct as a key operational point of contact for production partners and advertisers, including liaising with senior stakeholders on onboarding and delivery requirementsOwn and maintain operational documentation, including the BFP Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)Build and maintain the BFP Partner Guide, providing clear, up-to-date resources for advertisers and production partnersMonitor approval workflows, track SLA adherence, and proactively escalate risksCollaborate with internal teams (Prime Video, GTM, PV Licensing) to resolve technical and operational issuesSupport data collection and reporting to enable campaign performance trackingQualifications:Proven experience in operations or project management within advertising, media, content, or a related environmentStrong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneouslyExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience liaising with senior client or partner stakeholders in an operational capacityFamiliarity with digital content workflows, content management platforms, or asset onboarding processes is a plusHigh attention to detail, ability to work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environmentTop 3 must have skills:Stakeholder ManagementOperational Project ManagementWritten and Verbal Communication #J-18808-Ljbffr
