Medacs Health care has an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacist to complete a couple of shifts with our client at HMP Cardiff in Cardiff, to clinically and accurately check prescriptions and provide pharmaceutical advice. Key Responsibilities: Clinicially and accurately checking prescriptions and providing pharmaceutical advice. Medicines reconciliation. Supervise and support pharmacy staff. Essential Qualifications: We are looking for an experienced Clinical Pharmacist (Band 7) with: Master\’s degree in pharmacy (MPharm). GPhC registration. Full UK right to work.
