A highly respected multidisciplinary consultancy based in Birmingham is currently seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their dynamic team. The Project Manager’s role

The successful Project Manager will be responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of multiple projects, ensuring quality, budget, and programme targets are achieved. You’ll be involved in everything from early-stage feasibility through to handover, working closely with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.

Key duties include:

  • Preparing and managing project programmes and reports

  • Leading project meetings and recording key actions and decisions

  • Coordinating competitive tenders and contract documentation

  • Administering NEC and JCT contracts

  • Managing multidisciplinary project teams

  • Supporting procurement and commercial strategies

  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards

The Project Manager

The ideal Project Manager will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a track record of managing construction projects successfully.

Ideally:

  • Degree in Construction Project Management or similar

  • Chartered (MRICS, MCIOB, or equivalent), or actively working towards

  • Experience with NEC or JCT contract administration

  • Strong stakeholder and team management abilities

  • Commercial awareness and attention to detail
