Operations Coordinator Bracknell 12 months (initially) ERS are supporting their global pharmaceutical client in their search for an Operations Coordinator. This person will play a critical role in supporting International Medical Affairs team by providing project management support, developing high-quality PowerPoint presentations, and organizing periodic team meetings. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities within the following areas: Project Management Support Presentation Development SharePoint Content and Access Management Meeting Organisation What do we need from you? Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Strong attention to detail demonstrating accuracy in tracking and reporting data Strong oral and written communication skills; able to communicate clearly, timely, and succinctly Flexibility to adjust quickly and effectively to frequent change and altered priorities Strong computer skills; skilled at using Word, Excel and SharePoint. Advanced PowerPoint skills with a strong eye for design and detail. Proficiency in SAP for finance processes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
