Artemis Human Capital are pleased to be working with adynamic accountancy practice with afantastic local presence & client portfolio as they seek to appoint aQualified Accountant to their forensics division . This is an excellent opportunity for anewly or recently qualified professional who is keen to take theirfirst step into a forensics role post training contract. The successful candidate will receive amarket leading starting salary, discretionary bonus, hybrid working, & excellent scope for career progression and development .

Responsibilities

Working closely with the forensics team’s senior manager, you will be involved across the following areas:

  • Assisting with financial analysis, modelling, & investigations.
  • Preparing expert witness reports for personal injury & negligence cases.
  • Working closely with internal & external stakeholders, including solicitors, barristers, & insurance clients.
  • Developing a deep understanding of forensic accounting techniques.

Ideal Candidate

To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally possess the following attributes:

  • Newly or recently ACA/ACCA qualified accountant.
  • Previous accountancy practice experience is essential, preferably coming from an audit/accounts/advisory background.
  • Strong attention to detail & analytical thinking.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Passionate about building a long-term career in forensic accounting.
