This brand is a global tech giant, known for creating smart, accessible home innovation – and they’re looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to help them keep that reputation sharp in-store and online.
This is a fixed-term maternity cover (12–15 months), and a chance to step into a high-impact marketing role that bridges retail, digital, and commercial. You\’ll be the glue between internal teams, agencies, and major retail partners, managing trade plans, product launches, and shopper marketing activity that delivers real results.
What you’ll be doing:
Driving retail engagement: Build strong relationships with retailers to support brand awareness, shopper comms and sales performance.
Delivering campaigns: Plan and execute trade marketing and sponsorship activity across key channels to support the promotional calendar.
Managing agencies: Work with creative partners to deliver standout POS, marketing materials, and campaign assets.
Training & events: Support trade training and events—getting frontline teams excited about new products.
Coordinating launches: Partner with product and Go To Market teams to ensure seamless retail launches, from message to merch.
Owning the numbers: Track, analyse and report on marketing ROI with dashboard reporting and internal insights.
Budgeting smart: Manage and monitor campaign spend and budgets throughout the year.
Spotting opportunities: Conduct audits of channel, category and competitor activity to inform smarter future planning.
What you’ll bring to the table:
Skills and experience:
- 4+ years of marketing experience across a mix of disciplines (Brand, Retail, Digital, Product)
- Confident briefing and managing creative agencies
- Analytical mindset – comfortable tracking ROI and using insight to shape future activity
- Experience working cross-functionally with commercial, GTM and product teams
- Knowledge of digital tools and performance marketing (e.g. SEO, PPC, CRM, analytics)
