About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and inspiring qualified teacher (primary or secondary) to join the PRU at Bridge Achievement Centre. The ideal candidate will be resilient, creative, adaptable, and committed to high-quality teaching and achievement. The role involves teaching a range of subjects based on the Centre’s needs and supporting school improvement initiatives. Candidate Requirements Qualified and experienced with QTS status Excellent knowledge of and experience with teaching up to GCSE level Up-to-date inclusive practices knowledge Ability to build positive relationships with young people Enthusiasm for innovative teaching approaches Passion for raising standards and supporting all children to reach their potential Ambitious, committed to personal and curriculum development Team player willing to collaborate with colleagues Skills and experience in at least one other area of school life (preferred) Application Process Interested candidates are encouraged to apply if they are enthusiastic about working in a forward-thinking environment. About the School The Bridge Achievement Centre is a pupil referral unit offering a small, inclusive environment where each student is supported to reach their full potential. Serving approximately 100 students, the Centre fosters a nurturing community. It was inspected by Estyn in March 2022 and is no longer under special measures, with positive feedback on staff-pupil relationships.
