Senior Data Scientist – AdTech and/or Gaming | London (Hybrid)

We’re hiring a Senior Data Scientist for a high-impact role at the intersection of AdTech and gaming. This is a rare chance to join a team solving billions in wasted UA spend with investment-grade ML models and petabyte-scale data.
Whether your background is in programmatic advertising, mobile user acquisition, or gaming analytics, you’ll be building the models that drive smarter spend, deeper insights, and better business outcomes.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop ML models for LTV prediction, user acquisition optimisation, and forecasting.
- Lead modelling initiatives from design to deployment.
- Work on real-world problems in AdTech, mobile gaming, or both.
- Explore new data sources and signals to improve model performance.
- Partner with engineers, PMs and commercial teams to deliver measurable impact.
You’ll Need:
- 5+ years in data science or ML roles, ideally within AdTech or gaming.
- Strong coding skills in Python, SQL, and modern ML libraries (XGBoost, PyTorch, etc.).
- Experience with time-series modelling, UA data, or predictive analytics.
- A creative, proactive mindset and a commercial eye for how data drives outcomes.
- Bonus: Experience in mobile games, DSPs, RTB, or performance marketing analytics.
