SmartestEnergy Business is a leading player in the energy retail market,committed to driving innovation and excellence. We are embarking on asignificant transformation programme and are seeking a seasoned BusinessReadiness Lead to join our team on a fixed-term contract basis.
You will play a pivotal role in our transformation programme, focusing onstakeholder and people transformation work streams. You will work closelywith the Executive Sponsor and collaborate with the programme team who willconcentrate on ensuring the technical product and solution are fit for purpose.
This role is crucial for driving and managing the significant changes required inour transformation programme. As the energy retail market evolves, we mustadapt to new technologies, regulatory requirements, and customerexpectations. This role exists to ensure that our organisation can successfullynavigate the complexities of this transformation programme.
What skills/experience do I need to be successful?
- Proven experience in leading change/transformation programmes within theenergy retail market or similar fields;
- Previous working experience as a Business Readiness manager within the
Customer focused and/or Energy supplier; - Strong background in business readiness and change management;
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
