Support Worker – Trinity Court Flats We currently have an opportunity for a full time (37.5 hours per week) Support Worker at our scheme, Trinity Court Flats, in Aylesbury. We provide supported housing for people with learning disabilities, and each resident has their own flat with 24-hour support on site. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping people live independently and with dignity. As part of the role, you will: Assess needs and develop personalised support plans Promote independence through life skills such as cooking, cleaning, and budgeting Assist with administering medication Provide personal care with sensitivity and respect Follow and contribute to risk assessments and management plans Induct and assist in the mentoring of new staff Support aspirations and help individuals achieve their goalsYou’ll be part of a friendly, supportive team that values collaboration and compassion. About you: We are looking for someone with experience in the care or support sector, who brings a can-do attitude and a genuine desire to help others thrive. You will also need to: Communicate effectively and adapt to different needs and preferences Be flexible and reliable, able to work shifts including weekends and bank holidays Work well as part of a team and independently Be committed to equality, diversity, and person-centred careWe will support your development with a structured induction, comprehensive training, and the opportunity to gain an accredited vocational qualification.
