Duties will include:-
Responsibility of the Finance Director role:-
- Oversee the finance function and ensure the group\’s policies and procedures are adhered to
- Oversee FP&A, budgeting, reporting, and compliance
- Work closely with the CEO and senior management team on strategy and business development
- Develop and implement a financial strategy
- Develop and maintain financial planning and strategic vision
- Lead the budgeting process and forecasting
- Present financial reports to the Board
- Compliance with financial regulations
- Risk management, control and compliance risk
- Spearhead the statutory year end liaising with auditors
Requirements of the Finance Director role:-
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with at least 8 years PQE
- Professional services/consultancy background
- SME background hands on to manage the entire finance function
- Advanced Excel skills
- First rate communication skills
