Job Advert Role Description
We are a compassionate and forward-thinking mental health service, providing evidence-based therapeutic support to individuals. We are seeking qualified and experienced Sessional Integrative Psychotherapists and/or CBT Therapists to join our growing team and provide high-quality therapeutic services to clients.
As a Sessional Integrative Psychotherapist and/or CBT Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering one-on-one therapy sessions, providing tailored treatment plans, and maintaining a supportive therapeutic relationship. You will work with a diverse range of clients, addressing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress.
Essential:
- Accredited with recognised professional body (UKCP/BACP/BABCP/HCPC).
- Experience of working in acute mental health or substantial experience of working in acute mental health.
- Specific training and experience in providing both group and individual therapy.
- Experience working with a diverse range of clients and presenting issues.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible session schedule.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and confidentiality in therapy.
Desirable:
- Additional trauma training and clinical experience; training in Mindfulness; training and clinical experience in provision of couples therapy; EMDR.
