The predicted salary is between 60000 - 84000 £ per year.

Applications are invited from dedicated and enthusiastic Band 4 Support Workers to join the Live-inCommunity Living team, within the Adult Disabilities Services on the beautiful Island of Guernsey, in the Channel Islands.

This role is paid at £300 per day, typically working a six weeks on/six weeks off rota, in pairs with another Support Worker.You will generally share the accommodation with the Service User you support on a live-in basis.

You will be required to hold anNVQ Level 3 qualification, a current driving licence and at least three years experience in a Learning Disabilities setting.

The Adult Disabilities Service supports people with learning disability and autism, with complex needs, including behaviours that challenge.The Service supports people in a variety of settings.These include residential homes, a short-break service, supported living and outreach.There is also a brand new purpose-built autism hub.

The island of Guernsey is in the Channel Islands and has a population of 65,000.It has some of the British Isles\’ finest and best-kept beaches, a mild and sunny climate, and an offbeat, historic harbor town in St.Peter\’s Port, the island\’s capital.

Person Requirements:
At least three years experience as a Support Worker in a Learning Disabilities setting.
An NVQ3 (or equivalent) qualification
Right to work in the UK or Guernsey (not requiring a new employer sponsorship)
To hold a current, full UK driving licence
