**About The Role:** Are you the right candidate for this opportunity Make sure to read the full description below. As the Quality Team leader, your primary responsibility will be ensuring the maintenance of consistent quality standards and optimal performance. You will be coaching and managing QC auditors, monitoring performance metrics, and addressing issues in a timely manner. The Quality Control Team Leader will be expected to drive excellent standards of packing quality, food hygiene, health and safety, and the happiness of your team. **What You Will Be Doing:** β Drive the monitoring and analysis of key performance metrics, addressing issues and supporting strategic decisions to improve operational effectiveness and quality outcomes. β Train and coach QC auditors; provide positive feedback to auditors for following the right βQuality Checkβ practices as defined. β Ensure adherence to auditing and quality standards across shifts, providing guidance and support to maintain consistent performance and process integrity. β Oversee the generation of reports and analysis, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and support continuous improvement. β Leading root cause analyses for errors, you will identify improvement opportunities and develop action plans to reduce error rates. β Act as a liaison between QC teams and production, ensuring effective cross-functional communication and consistent updates on targets, expectations, and quality standards. **Who You Are:** β Experience in team management is required. β Experience working in a warehouse or similar environment, preferably in the food industry. β Proficient in GsheetExcel. β Confident in collaboration and relationship building in order to liaise with other stakeholders to influence and make decisions. β Ability to solve problems using your own initiative. **What You Will Get in Return:** β 70% off HelloFresh or Green Chef boxes. β Company pension scheme. β Gym membership. β Bupa private medical insurance (including dental & family cover options). β Electric vehicle scheme. β Mental health first aiders and an employee assistance programme. β If in the office, enjoy a free breakfast every day. β Eye care scheme. β Cycle to work scheme. β Group Life Assurance. **Location:** The Granary, Unit 3, Chalker Way, Banbury, OX16 4XD **Hours:** Sunday – Wednesday 6:30am – 6:30pm – day shift only **Next Steps:** Your application will be reviewed and if successful, a member of the Talent Acquisition Team will be in touch within 2 weeks.
