The RoleWe are currently recruiting for two Sales & Licensing Administrators, EMEA and UK.This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of our commercial business, contributing to Global Partnerships and ITV\’s success in media distribution.You will provide crucial administrative support to our Sales teams for Finished Programmes, managing tasks from deal planning and administration to supporting client relationships.The position requires strong technical and business application skills, leveraging various systems to support Rights and Licensing, Catalogue, Reporting, and Data.You will ensure the accuracy of recording licenses and contractual obligations, working collaboratively with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams.This highly organized and detail-oriented role is ideal for someone passionate about TV content, skilled in multitasking and problem-solving within a fast-paced media distribution environment.The preferred candidate will have previous experience in a Media environment in Film or TV.Main responsibilitiesForecasting and Deal PlanningSupport the Sales Forecasting and Budgeting processes related to content inventory, expiring licenses, and renewal opportunities.Utilize Rightsline, Salesforce, and Tableau Reporting to support forecasting through sales histories and benchmark pricing.Participate in Forecast Review and Planning meetings with Territory Sales and Finance teams.Collaborate with Sales Executives on Content Hub Reporting to ensure accurate content assumptions.Deal Management and AdministrationPartner with Sales Executives to provide visibility of deals in negotiation, planned commercial activities, rights checks, and issues.Set up and maintain License agreements in Rightsline.Support commercial approvals between Rightsline and Salesforce.Ensure Salesforce Deal Opportunities accurately reflect the final revenue in Rightsline.Understand contractual agreements and work with Sales and Legal teams to align Rightsline Licenses with final contracts.Manage contractual obligations, options, and deadlines in collaboration with Sales Teams.Lead servicing of Output Deals as needed.Liaise with Rights, Legal, Finance, and Operations departments throughout the licensing process.Sales Analysis and Content Inventory ManagementResearch programme availability for new and existing sales opportunities based on briefs and market context.Use Content Hub to provide knowledge on new titles and leverage dashboards for insights.Curate accurate client-facing availabilities in Rightsline based on client requirements.Provide Sales Histories and licensing data to Sales Teams.Client RelationshipsBuild and maintain relationships with buyers and acquisitions teams to support Deal Administration.Maintain up-to-date Accounts and Contacts in Salesforce.Manage permissions for Screeners and follow-up procedures under Sales Executives\’ guidance.Organize Sales Trips and Market participation, including travel and materials.Other ResponsibilitiesContribute to Global Partnerships Projects with subject matter expertise.Support user testing for new platform releases.Perform other administrative duties as required.Skills and ExperienceProven experience as a Sales & Licensing Administrator.Experience in Media distribution, with an interest in TV Distribution through B2B and D2C channels.Understanding of the media landscape and a desire to expand knowledge.Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, Google Suite, and database systems.Additional QualitiesExcellent organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach.Ability to manage priorities during busy periods.Fluency in English; additional European, Asian, or Latin American languages are desirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
