Legacy Manager – 37.5 hours per week

Starting salary Β£41,750 per annum, with room to develop and progress through the pay grade banding to Β£47,236 on a competency-based framework.

We’re growing our fundraising team! Here at Keech Hospice, we know that raising more funds enables us to reach many more people in our community. This is a significant investment into the team structure. You’ll be joining us at an exciting time, with a recent re-brand, a deep dive into fundraising, and the development of a new strategic income plan. Join our team to help transform our fundraising efforts and make a difference in more lives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Creating and implementing strategies to increase legacy giving and gifts in wills.
  2. Engaging with potential donors and developing strong relationships with supporters.
  3. Embedding a clear understanding of legacy fundraising through collaborative work.
  4. Leading multiple projects ensuring timely delivery and strategic alignment.
  5. Analyzing fundraising data to inform decision-making.

What We\’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills to engage and inspire.
  • Project management skills.
  • Previous experience in the charity sector, focusing on gifts in wills and fundraising in memory.
  • High proficiency in CRM systems.
  • Strong understanding of charity regulations and sector standards.
