Business Analyst

We are looking for a skilled and driven Business Analyst with a strong background in Agile environments and a proven ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. If you have experience in business analysis and product management, along with exposure to retail and/or healthcare domains, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and prioritize business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and product features.
• Drive product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of solutions.
• Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and feasibility studies for new initiatives.
• Support testing, training, and change management during project rollouts.
• Champion continuous improvement and innovation across product lifecycles.

What You Will Bring

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis or Product Management.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
• Background in Order Management Systems and associated business processes.
• Experience in retail and/or healthcare domains is highly desirable.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project/product management platforms.
