What we need?

• Mechanical aptitude with automotive maintenance and repair experience.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to follow instructions without shortcuts.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Adherence to safety protocols to protect yourself and colleagues.
• Initiative to complete repairs and training tasks.
• Computer skills for work assignment, documentation, and parts tracking.
• Willingness to improve efficiency over time.

Responsibilities:

• Track parts used.
• Document work performed.
• Wear personal protective equipment as required.
• Perform repairs approved by management.
• Follow Lock Out Tag Out procedures for safety.
• Conduct preventative maintenance following checklists.
• Typical repairs include oil and filter changes, tire repair/replacement, brakes, lights, etc.

Requirements:

• CDL preferred.
