About the role: They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer with a strong background in piling to join their team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the execution of piling operations on-site, ensuring quality control, adherence to safety standards, and efficient project completion. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers and the construction team to meet project specifications and timelines.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage piling operations on-site, ensuring alignment with design specifications and project timelines.
• Conduct site inspections and surveys to establish site-specific requirements.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols and quality control standards on-site.
• Prepare and maintain daily reports, site documentation, and records of materials and equipment used.
• Assist in preparing method statements, risk assessments, and other necessary documentation for piling activities.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and consultants to align piling operations with overall project objectives.
• Troubleshoot on-site challenges and adapt plans as necessary to maintain project momentum.

About the requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of piling techniques, equipment, and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with geotechnical engineering principles and foundation design.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
• Competent in using construction management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project) and survey equipment.
