Forklift Driver/Yard Operative Construction Supplier Location: Skelmersdale Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Job Type: Full-time Are you a reliable and motivated individual looking to join a leading construction supplier in Skelmersdale We are seeking a Forklift Driver/Yard Operative to play a key role in our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Operate forklifts to load, unload, and move materials safely. Assist in organizing and maintaining the yard to ensure efficient operations. Handle and check incoming and outgoing deliveries. Provide excellent customer service when assisting clients on-site. Adhere to all health and safety regulations. Requirements: Valid forklift license (counterbalance or reach truck preferred). Previous experience in a yard operative or similar role is an advantage. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork skills. Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
