We’re driven by our purpose to build real communities that enhance the lives of our residents every day. We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead a village sales team.
After seven years of phenomenal growth and numerous awards, we are backed by a joint venture partnership between Legal & General PLC and NatWest Group Pension Trustee Limited. We aim to significantly transform the later living experience in the UK by expanding our portfolio to 34 retirement villages, providing around 5,000 age-appropriate homes for retirees.
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving new home sales, rentals, relets, and part-exchange revenue across the retirement village estate. You will work closely with the Village Manager to set the tone of the village within the marketplace and to achieve the highest occupancy levels and customer satisfaction in both Independent Living (IL) and Assisted Living (AL) properties.

The Role:
- Lead a team of Village Advisors to achieve sales targets, ensuring the sales process is followed correctly and effectively.
- Manage all aspects of sales and progression, maintaining achievable and sustained sales/occupancy targets.
- Follow up on sales leads through effective promotion and market opportunity capitalization.
- Identify targeted areas for promotion to maximize sales.
- Implement sales and marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental/sale rates.
- Identify empty units and initiate corrective actions.
- Develop and manage a referral network to generate care leads.
- Manage sales progression through exchange and completion, coordinating responses to solicitor queries.
- Supervise deposits and agree on exchange dates within three months unless otherwise specified.
- Prepare detailed weekly reports for the Regional Sales Manager, including variances and corrective actions.
- Ensure accurate recording and cleansing of the village prospect database.
