We’re now looking for a smart, delivery-focused recruiter to help us scale one of our fastest-growing clients – a global InsurTech backed by world-class investors and expanding rapidly across the UK, Europe, and the US.
The Role
This is a fully remote, hands-on recruitment role. You’ll be working closely with hiring managers and internal talent teams to deliver on urgent hiring plans across customer operations, product services, and technical roles – the kind that sit at the heart of an insurance business.
You’ll be expected to source talent at pace, bring structure to process, and help our client scale from 20 to 50+ hires this year.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for operations and service-focused roles
- Source specialists across regulated insurance products (pet, gadget, travel, warranty, property)
- Collaborate with in-house talent and hiring managers to optimise speed and quality
- Identify candidates who combine empathy, process thinking, and commercial acumen
- Deliver hiring pipelines across multiple geographies: UK, Germany, Ireland, US
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in insurance, customer operations, or regulated services recruitment
- Strong sourcing and screening capabilities, especially in high-volume or scaling environments
- The ability to advise on hiring process, candidate engagement, and talent mapping
- Proactive, resourceful, and organised – you’ll own your delivery and outcomes
- Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams and fast-changing priorities
- Knowledge of claims, underwriting ops, FNOL, or similar insurance support functions
- Experience working with scale-ups or transformation-focused businesses
- A consultative, credible style that builds trust with stakeholders quickly
