Enterprise Asset Solutions has over 50 years’ experience working in the construction industry. Our core business is the delivery of projects and programmes in partnershipwith our clients. Role Outline/Responsibilities:
As Sales and Governance coordinator, you would be responsible for supporting the Operational sales manager in delivering sales tenders throughout I&AS, ensuring Amentum governance procedures are followed by all. Organisation is a key part of this role to keep data and timeline deadlines on track. Tender administration and submission writing will be a large part of the role.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
• Supporting the Operational Sales manager/Commercial Manager in the day to day management of Trackers, tenders and current projects;
• Develop robust and trusting relationships Project Managers and Clients;
• Take part in contract reviews;
• Prepare bid plans;
• Development of slide packs for governance ready to present to the business
• Preparation of standard documentation
• Preparation of tender documents
• Support to Project Managers/Project Engineers in resolving sales issues for the Client;
• Develop and manage the Risks and Opportunities Register;
• Provide robust and accurate data to feed into internal and external progress reporting;
• Gather lessons learnt report for future tendering activities
