EIS Group is looking to hire a Solutions Consultant for our European Markets Team.
We are looking for a passionate individual who loves technology but is not a technologist. We are looking for a team player who loves to seek the best out of those around them. Can you distill down the most complex business processes into just a few words? Can you interview an expert in the field and hone down to just the most core point of view?
  • Interest or experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to identify issues and alternatives and recommend possible solutions.
  • You must be able to deal with conflict, listen with empathy, review, and follow through to completion
  • Ability to tackle mountainous assignments with little oversight.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Director of Solutions Consulting, European Markets, our Associate Solutions Consultant will work closely with practice leaders to create crafted demos, with a continued focus on demonstrating the EIS business value, not just highlighting features and functions of the EIS Suite.
The role will support the most important sales pursuits to bring the company and our offering to life. We are looking for you to come obsess over the details, our story, ensuring that our insurance customers do not have to do any more work than is necessary to just “get it”. In this role you will get a seat at the table to support our brand message to the largest insurance companies around the world, daily.
In this role, you will support the pursuit team to deliver fascinating and compelling stories throughout the sales cycle. You will understand the customer, truly understand them. You will know their every want, need and professional desires. You will support our practice leaders and enable them to tell the story of our company, our products and our services in a way that will make our prospects want to do business with EIS Group and nobody else. You will work with our engineers to build crafted demos that will amaze.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support growth crafting user stories
  • Demonstrate EIS’s ability to create business value across the carrier value chain using our first of its kind digital platform.
  • Demonstrate expertise in our enterprise offering from Product Configuration, Quote to Case Installation, Policy Administration and Underwriting, Enrollment, Billing, Claims Management and Customer Engagement Modules.
  • Discover customer needs and requirements, determine customer problem areas, and communicate those requirements to the practice leaders and engineering team.
  • Interact, collaborate, and listen to customers throughout the selling process to ensure their needs are properly understood and being addressed.
  • Help create product demonstrations, including product overviews, detailed demonstrations, and client-driven proof-of-concept projects.
  • Coordinate customer meetings and presentations in cooperation with other members of the sales team or related support functions
  • Collect and document prospective customer requirements based on interactions with clients and work internally with Product and Engineering groups to create and refine the client presentations
  • Support Sales through authoring responses to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • 3+ years’ Technology experience; Insurance Technology is a plus
  • Languages : French, Spanish and English
  • Knowledge of creating user stories.
  • Ability to effectively capture and communicate requirements with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Presence of a strong sense of urgency, creativity, discipline, passion and an out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Ability to establish mutual expectations with customers.
  • Ability to communicate technical and business information to small groups.
  • Project management, coordination, organization, team building and communication abilities.
  • Effective written and verbal communications skills as demonstrated through presentation development and delivery experience
  • Demonstrated ability to produce results working independently and as a member of a team
  • Knowledge of the local Insurance market within one of the domains is a plus : P&C, Health and Benefits, Life
  • Travel 20%-30% nationally, supporting strategic sales and product needs.
