We are a dynamic manufacturing company based in Gateshead, focused on delivering high-quality products and services to our clients. As we continue to grow and evolve, we are exploring the potential to bring more of our IT systems support in-house, particularly around Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Annata.
Role Overview:
We are currently planting the seeds for a future opportunity and are interested in connecting with experienced D365/Annata System Administrators. This role would be ideal for someone who can manage, maintain, and enhance our D365 and Annata environments, support minor projects, and help us reduce reliance on external support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Annata systems.
- Implement system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
- Support end-users with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and implement minor enhancements.
- Assist in planning and executing small-scale projects and system improvements.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity and security.
- Document processes, configurations, and changes.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations) and/or Annata 365.
- Strong understanding of system configuration, workflows, and user roles.
- Ability to manage minor projects and deliver enhancements independently.
- Familiarity with manufacturing or automotive industry processes is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid or on-site environment in Gateshead.
