Job Description
Are you a curious and enthusiastic professional in risk, compliance, or internal audit seeking to thrive in a dynamic environment? Join Rotork\’s Risk & Compliance team at our global HQ in Bath. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive insights into our business, with potential for global travel to perform reviews. You will interact across all functions, providing valuable insights into risks and issues, and contribute to fostering a risk-aware culture throughout our organization. There are also opportunities to transition into finance, operations, or project roles within the wider business.
Qualifications
Essential
- Experience in internal audit, external audit, or controls function
- Recognised accountancy or internal audit qualification (ACA/ACCA/IIA or equivalent)
- Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time (usually for 1-week periods)
Desirable
- Strong project management skills, managing teams in a project-based environment
- Data analysis experience
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 FinOps experience
- Prior experience in engineering or manufacturing
- Experience auditing technology and IT
- Language skills
