About the Role As a Surgical Product Specialist, you\’ll play a key role in supporting and educating healthcare providers, ensuring the best clinical outcomes. You\’ll collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders, attend industry events, and foster strong partnerships with procurement and clinical teams. Territory: Northern Ireland and HSE Northwest Candidate Location: Ideally in Northern Ireland, with candidates based in Dublin being considered also. Portfolio You\’ll Represent: Gynaecological Health Breast Augmentation, Reconstruction, and Gluteal Augmentation Reconstructive Tissue Matrix Operating Theatre Essentials Your Key Responsibilities: Achieve sales targets while maintaining and growing existing accounts. Provide product training and expert support to healthcare professionals. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead. Build and nurture relationships with senior healthcare professionals. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. Participate in trade shows, training sessions, and marketing initiatives. Maintain accurate records and report on sales activities. What We\’re Looking For: Experience in theatre settings is advantageous. Sales experience in the Medical Device sector is highly desirable. Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence decision-making. Willingness to travel frequently within your territory and abroad for training. Self-motivated, flexible, and enthusiastic. A full, clean driver\’s license. What\’s in it for You? If based in Northern Ireland (Belfast ideal location): Salary: £45,000-£50,000 (DOE) with an annual bonus potential of £16,000. Fully expensed company vehicle, mobile phone, and laptop. Daily tax-free lunch allowance. 22 days of annual leave, increasing to 23 days after 2 years. Additional birthday leave after 5 years.
