You will understand what good care looks like and how to guide teams to achieve high standards.

You will have demonstrated success in achieving CQC compliance, with evidence to support this.

Multi-site management experience is also likely to distinguish you from other candidates.

Qualifications should include an NVQ 5 in Leadership and Management; a nursing pin is beneficial but not essential.
