What You’ll Be Doing

• Execute topographic, boundary, ALTA/NSPS, and plat surveys with precision
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to manage, manipulate, and deliver accurate data
• Oversee project workflows, including budgeting, scheduling, and deliverables
• Collaborate with design professionals to support civil and infrastructure projects
• Perform research, fieldwork, and data collection to inform surveying decisions
• Conduct construction staking and quality control surveys
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Active Professional Land Surveyor license in Alabama
• Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics, Surveying, or related field
• Deep understanding of site development, utilities, and transportation surveying
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and GPS/data collection tools
• Ability to access government sites and pass clearance requirements
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
