Job Title:Marketing Manager

Location:London (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days remote)

Salary: £45,000–£55,000 + bonus

The Role:

– Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, content, PR, and events

– Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with business goals

– Oversee digital marketing performance, including SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and social media

– Manage content creation including case studies, press releases, and thought leadership

– Deliver high-impact events and exhibitions

– Mentor and develop the Senior Marketing Coordinator

– Report on campaign ROI and optimise based on analytics and performance

Successful Applicant:

– Minimum 5 years in a senior marketing role, ideally in financial services or regulated industry

– Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset

– Proven experience across all marketing disciplines

– Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and manage a direct report

– Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Adobe Suite, and Canva

– Full UK driving licence (required for event travel)

– Degree in Marketing or related field; professional qualification (e.g. CIM) desirable
