Overview

A leading building services consultancy is seeking a skilled Revit MEP Coordinator to join their team in Leeds. The role involves coordinating detailed MEP models across a wide range of projects, working closely with engineers and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality, fully integrated designs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and manage coordinated MEP Revit models in line with project BIM requirements.
2. Work with engineers and consultants to ensure accurate system layouts and clash-free models.
3. Support BIM Execution Plans and contribute to model standards and QA compliance.
4. Assist with clash detection and coordination reviews using tools like Navisworks.
5. Collaborate across disciplines to ensure timely and accurate design delivery.

Requirements

1. Strong Revit MEP experience within building services or construction consultancy.
2. Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and BIM Level 2 standards.
3. Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
4. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
5. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to solving coordination issues.
