The purpose of the role will be to ensure that the systems, venues, and digital infrastructure are in place to support the festival\’s programme

We are looking for an experienced and solutions focused Operations Manager to lead the operational, financial, and technical delivery of the Cambridge Literary Festival.

The main purpose of the role will be to ensure that the systems, venues, and digital infrastructure are in place to support the festival’s high-quality programme. The role requires excellent operational management, strong IT knowledge, astute financial control and the ability to deliver live and digital events in collaboration with the Artistic Director.

Now in its 22nd year, Cambridge Literary Festival is firmly at the heart of the cultural scene in Cambridge. We continue to present two literary celebrations each year, plus one-off events and a growing outreach programme for schools. It is a much-loved and regular highlight drawing large audiences from Cambridge and the rest of the UK.
