About The Role
To ensure that the equipment, machinery and plant are maintained and repaired to ensure that the business operates effectively and meets the demands of its customers across the ESP sites. Facilitate the manufacture of sealing & polymer products by working within a dynamic team to ensure sufficient resource is available to meet customer requirements.
- To develop a preventative maintenance program for all equipment and machinery
- Repair all unplanned breakdowns in an efficient and cost-effective way.
- Reactive task data to be collated for all ESP sites to ensure full preventative measures are in place.
- To ensure that preventative maintenance system is live and as up to date as possible at all times
- To ensure all machine services are planned in and carried out to minimise downtime.
- To ensure all spare parts are held in stock, monitored, adjusted and organised.
- Ensure that all quality and Health & Safety requirements are adhered to and implemented.
- Ensure that plans are in place to ensure that installation and commissioning of machinery and equipment can take place.
- Ensure that daily, weekly , monthly and annual tasks are complete and recorded

About The Role

Mon – Fri: 8am – 5pm
Weekly hours: 40

About you:
- Modern technical or commercial apprenticeship, A level or relevant NVQ level 3 or equivalent. NVQ Level 3 Engineering preferably dual role.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- 18th Edition wiring regulations either achieved or worked towards
- Electrical and mechanical fault finding and diagnosis.
- Installation of three phase electrical equipment.
- QMS knowledge
- Competent IT skills
- Ability to react to changing and challenging situations.
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills
- Calm and methodical work ethic
- Continual improvement experience
