We now have exciting opportunities to not only take part in our Hotel Revenue Graduate programme but also to grow within an ever-expanding company to achieve your career goals.The Graduate ProgrammeThe Hotel Revenue Graduate Programme is designed with the aim of securing a permanent position as a Revenue Manager with us by the end of the 2-year programme. The Revenue role has a large focus on ensuring optimal pricing and moving with demand, so you will be analysing pick up reports, looking at market trends and bench marking against others in the industry. You will start the programme at Executive level, covering all areas within the Revenue function with secondments in Central Team and Meeting & Events. This is a challenging mix of work experience with on the job training and off the job learning.
