Our client is a well-respected organisation who employ in excess of 1500 people across Yorkshire & Humber and as part of their facilities area they require a Grounds man/Landscape officer/Garden Maintenance Officer to join their team on a permanent basis and work Monday to Friday day time hours up to a maximum of 37 hours per week. The hours are: 7.30 till 4pm Mon & Tues, 7.30 till 3.30pm Wednesday & Thursday and 7.30 till 2pm on a Friday Ideally the candidates who apply will have some experience working in landscaping or agricultural grounds work, or gardening. It is an advantage if candidates have a certificate for using a chainsaw, however it is not essential. Included in this package is a great pension scheme to opt into and 26 days holiday, plus bank holidays. This role will involve: Work on the ground within gardens, woodland and fields Pruning and trimming of trees Shredding and chipping General landscape ground maintenance Lawn mowing Using a mini digger
