Database Administrator (SQL Focussed) – 18 month FTC
Salary up to £50,000 per annum, plus generous benefits package
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-known organisation in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining the organisation\’s data environments with SQL server or Azure Data services.
- Managing the security and maintenance of the data systems.
- Delivering projects both within IT and as part of the company\’s wider transformation functions.
Skills Required:
- Extensive experience in working as a DBA and Data Developer within the MS Stack.
- Skills and experience in the following:
- TSQL.
- MS stack supportive solutions such as SSIS and SSRS.
- SPROC and Function development to support the SQL environment.
- Azure SQL, Azure Analytics, Dataverse or similar solutions, or a willingness to learn and develop.
- Excellent data analytical skills and the ability to reverse engineer legacy data structures.
- An ability to quickly build relationships with customers or stakeholders.
