Job Description:
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle for the UK market, from prospecting to closing deals. You will engage with prospective clients, understand their operational challenges, demonstrate how OptimoRoute’s solutions can enhance efficiency, and build long-term relationships.
This is a fully remote position, but you must be based in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to identify client pain points and offer tailored solutions.
- Work collaboratively with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and logistics technology advancements to position OptimoRoute effectively.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Two to three years of experience in tech sales.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
