Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist Senior Design Manager and Project Partner in managing large-scale data center projects.
- Follow up with design team on assignments and actions.
- Manage project documents and filing systems.
- Create and manage design management tools (meeting minutes, action trackers, etc.).
- Coordinate design stage issues and track deliverables.
- Organize project meetings, workshops, site visits, and events.
- Participate in design and client meetings, taking notes.
- Liaise with commercial team and monitor QA procedures.

- Proactive and independent approach to tasks.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
